Did you set the time to update data? It takes a minute or two anyway to
show any data.

I have experienced this, and not only the RP logo, but stuck artwork
from several songs before. Tony mentioned using skip, but I have gone
back, then reselect, get the artwork proper again. I have also
experienced when I do go back and reselect, it might start from, say 2-3

Hi philippe_44,
I have been happily using Logitech Media Server on Linux for over ten

Hi,
I can't generate a configuration file and don't know where to start. I
tried checking if both bins were there and executable - they are.
Shairtunes works (if that's any help)
What else should I check?

I see this behaviour though its rather odd !
Powering on the player does not produce an indication on the meter
Playing prduces indication as expected
Pausing produces indication even if volume is 0 (Via SLX GUI)

This is now so close to perfection that I'm finding little reason to
write... but at the same time I feel it's important the dev understands
that silence can simply mean satisfied users. Thanks man! :D

Hi philippe_44,
I still occasionally get the following error:
[01:44:53.659] READ_LINE:550 FD: 1904 READ ERROR: 10054 UNKNOWN ERROR
Anything I can do about this? At least I would like to know what it is
function of (of cpu? of network? of jplay? of driver? etc.)

At the moment I can't look at the psot in detail but the message "ALSA
_snd_pcm_hw_open:1401 Invalid value for card" could mean one of the
parameters value is not supported but rights/access/permissions is most
likely.
Check what groups Audiostation user id belongs to ?

Not necessarily - only if exact same command (with exact same
environment variables) run from root works ok.

When LMS is runnign do a "ps" which shows full command line stuff as
before - look for some process executing something with "slimserve

You can use the 'patchelf utility' (https://nixos.org/patchelf.html) to
set the library path directly in the squeezelite binary.
Code:
patchelf --set-rpath /volume1/@appstore/AudioStation/lib squeezelite-x86-64
