Thanks. It's not that rare, since I find similar complaints with
google. It might be an issue with the router, but I don't know how to
diagnose that other

Any ideas, what I can try here? I can see a lot of UDP packets in
Wireshark from LMS to the speaker. So it streams

There has been no need to add a repository for this plugin for a long
time - the plugin is usually in the 3rd party plugins list - however it
looks like there is a problem and all my

This is not working, and appears to give a 404 error. Any chance of a
fix
Hope I have not open can of worms with this, apologies if I did.
Just to brain storm solutions (That's all I can help with unfortunately,
as not able to code :/ )

Thanks for the work on this pinkdot. I just tried following the
instructions to install LMS 8 on my DS213j, but I can't add
https://pinkdot.myds.me/index.html as a package source. It somes up

Hi Philippe
I updated to 7.9.3 (there was a real reason for not updating, but this
podcast issue is very important for me)
I have the same problem. The plug-in is showing in the list of inactive
3rd party plugins. When I 'tick' the box and 'apply' the message says it
will restart the server, the
I just know that some are in the OS, some are not,
"libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl" is needed when I install the shairtune2
Plugin.
I just copy and paste the command automatically nowadays, it's easier
that way :)
I have used a couple, or three, methods of installing LMS on the
raspberry OS and I

sudo apt install -y lame
libnet-ssleay-perl

I just installed LMS 8.0 with the ShairTunes2W plugin on Raspberry Pi OS
64-bit.
LMS is running fine, all binaries work out of the box from the
github.com/Logitech repository. I use the branch public/8.0.
After installing ShairTunes2W I get the log message that
Crypt::OpenSSL/RSA/autosplit.ix
Thanks - it was more unintended consequences from not really knowing
what I'm doing that I am afraid of... which reminds me, I copied
*persist.db* to my desktop because I was unable to open it on my NAS
using DB Browser on my computer, wonder why that was? I even tried
shutting my *LMS* down
