Hi Michael, thanks for everything you do here- spotty is mostly perfect
and it's really given our squeezeboxes a longer life than I think
anybody expected to get out of these.
One small issue I'm running into is that playlists on spotty tend to get
"stuck" and hang at the end of some tracks.

Go into Spotty Settings (Under Advanced) and add a Spotify Client ID.
That fixed it for me.
Using a custom Client ID can help if you hit issues with rate limiting
("error 429"). In order to get your own Client ID please follow these

Last night I had a group player just flat out refuse to play a spotify
playlist. After trying "play" and "skip track" multiple times I gave up
and manually synced the two players and it worked fine after.
Out of curiosity does the group player add bandwidth to the whole ordeal

the groups plugin, I'm finding my squeezeboxen have the wrong volume
quite a bit. Some times the volume is way down until I touch the

I set up a group and then set up an alarm on this group.
For some reason, when the alarm went off, both players changed their
volume- one of them to 100%.
Is there a setting for this ? I would prefer either

I saw there was a pending update for spotty. Haven't done one in a
while. Checked the box, clicked apply, it said to restart LMS.
Upon LMS coming back up, it was missing

Squeezebox "Still Spotty" plugin I can't get it to enable. It reboots
but never gets enabled. Can't see it in the plugin list.
I have uninstalled LMS entirely (settings and all) and reinstalled. No

Actually weird behavior to report regarding spotty playback (on
spotify).
If I do these steps, it does not play:
Spotify App -> Search -> Type in artist name -> See results, click
"artists" -> Arrive at artist page, click any item (tracks/albums) ->
find song, click play: Nothing

For instance, I like music in my bathroom in the mornings, but if I
accidentally leave my bedroom player synced, it wakes me up when other
people are showering.
