Yes!!! Hibernation works again after disabling autosave (and removing
UPNP/DLNA plugin) and chromecast is being recognised also after HDDs

My Chromecast is hooked up to my AV Receiver and it is only available
when that Receiver is turned on. I thought that the

to act up.
However I have one big concern. I run this on my Synology (arm) NAS and
it breaks HDD hibernation :( I assume due to the constant chromecast
polling. Is there a solution (planned) for this?

DSM 5 is out including a new LMS package (still 7.7.3 based)

Something really weird is happening. Don't know whether it's the Spotify
service itself or the plugin. It plays each song just for a few seconds
and then starts the next song, and again just for a few seconds... :(

I did finally get 2.2.1 to install. Had to uncheck auto-update plugins.
But to no avail. Still same problem: Connect timed out: Transport
endpoint is not connected

Crap, removing the plugin f**ked up my squeezebox server. Won't run
anymore. Now I still have to reinstall everything.. Damn, I should have

So Synology announced its new NAS range. Does anybody know whether the
DS212 and DS212+ still come with the ARM Marvell Kirkwood mv6282 CPU?
I wanna be sure before ordering. This processor proved to work with the
spotify plugin as I can conclude from this hread.

cause after all. It is a Marvell Orion and Kirkwood based devices with
a funny system according to SSODS and not supported anymore by the
latest SSODS packages, while the DS211+ is, meaning that there is some
real difference between the CPUs I guess.

I'm new to squeezebox plugins. I have two plugins selected
the Triode one (v1.3.1) and the Logitech one (v1.0). I think the latter
one is of no use for me as I have a Duet. Uncheck the Logitech plugin,
or shouldn't it matter?
