Ok, for anyone wanting to do this, I found a really great method. It
works for any Airplay stream coming from an iOS device and works well.
You will need several pieces of software: Airfoil Speakers & Nicecast
for OS X , and optionally but highly recommended for iOS: iPeng. I'm

I see - I'm working now on the reverse, i.e. having airplay devices seen
as SB (like my other bridges). I might be able to get sync with that,
but that's not what the OP is looking for

Try iTunes on a PC with http://www.streamwhatyouhear.com
Takes your sound card output and converts to an MP3 or PCM stream which
you can then use with Tune In URL on LMS. Pretty certain it will sync I
see no reason why it shouldn't but I haven't tried it.
