Since i wanted my audio tracks to continue to be hosted on my PC i added
a Network mount to my pi zero and configured LMS to access the shared
music folder on my windows PC. It is slow in scanning the remotely
hosted files over wifi/LAN but it works!

I used Spotty on my LMS earlier in the year with a 3 month Spotify
trial. It worked flawlessly.
When the trial ended I disabled the Spotty plugin.
I have just bought a Spotify subscription and so I went o re-enable
Spotty (now v4.4.0)

When spotty or Spotify connect transitions from one song to another, the
first second or so is missing. And theres a little timing hiccup in the
playback. So a new song doesnt output through my players until a second

My Spotty credentials disappeared again today. I guess this is something

One thing I'm wondering, I saw it brought up in a previous Spotty thread
but couldn't find any conclusion on it: unavailable tracks. When they
come up, things stand still until you hit Next track. Can they be
bypassed when "played" or scanned for availability at library scan time,
to avoid this?

one at first, than as the first of two.

Hmm the token I added today is a lot longer than the token I copied
yesterday. It is not obvious how to copy the full token on Firefox and
you can't see the full length of the token. Anyway now it is working

What does server.log say? Most likely the token you copied is wrong.
Depending on the tool you're using to extract it there sometimes is more
data in there than needed.

I have some new info.
I've notices there are some binary inputs in the log file
(PuTTyPuTTyPuTTyPuTTyPuTTyPuTTyPuTTy - you know).
So I cleared the log and restarted RPi again.
Situation is different now - I have 17 errors with useIxHashes (yeah,
seems like on boot only):

That was the very first thing i did. I've restarted LMS first and then
RPi. That didn't help.
