Maybe check if this setting is 0
Thanks again for your investigation. The latest nightly builds should be
fine with a setting of 0.

But the bug in DSTM is that it don't cover the unlimited case .
For sanity it should have some very large upper cap as it can add tracks
from services to not only your local files . my 47000 local files are
bad enough :P .
In general I think using a very large playlist cap in LMS is better than

I had a closer look on what's happening in the webinterface and in the
log.
With a playlist of three or more tracks DSTM kicks in during playback of
the second last track (before the last one) the log file list 1 songs
remaining, songindex = 12 . After that new tracks are added.
When should DSTM
Yes 'hey laura' is the track playing. This track is replaced with 5 new
tracks. Normally the 5 new tracks are added. Maybe the playback stops
because it is deleted.

Maybe this help to reproduce:
- Start playback of an album
- Delete all tracks except the one playing
- halfway the track playing DSTM kicks in. Stops playback of the music
and generates a new playlist of 5 new tracks.
Still working just fine for me. Heck...
Are you playing on synced players?

The songs remaining in the log is not correct

Indeed it was. I re-added it as a favourite, and then checked DSTM, and
sure enough, it was in the list of options.

The player selector is there, above the volume. I just didn't grab it in
the screenshot!

Re-installed Random Mix and my DSTM options changed to this:

Retested, and the problem remains.

I'm sorry to say, but I really have no idea where that item is coming
from "Random songs" I can only find in the strings file for English. And
it's string token isn't used anywhere I could find...
Could you please try again with Song Mix rather than Random songs and
see whether that would work?
I uninstalled Random Mix plugin and my DSTM options changed to this:
21043
Then retested, with the same outcome - song stopped halfway through.
Intriguing!

Thanks for the clarification. But I still can't reproduce this... I do
not have a "Random Songs" option. What language setting are you using?
Are you using any 3rd party plugin this could come from? I only find
this string for English, but my LMS is set to using English, where it
shows up as

Similar thing here.
Running 7.9.0 - 1471849136 on Mac.
Playing only local tracks. DSTM set to "Random songs".
If I add a single track to the playlist, it will stop playing halfway
through, and DSTM will appear in the playlist with "Song mix", but no
songs. It just stops.
Could you please give

Maybe only on OSX?
I tested this on OSX, too.
Should I try a complete uninstall and start from scratch? Do I need to
remove some specific files to create a fresh start?
Before you go there, make sure you enable debug logging for DSTM, and
reproduce the issue.

It's not related to LastMix, other options in DSTM also stop playback.
DSTM is the only plugin which adds tracks autmatically

DSTM v 1.0.0
LastMix 1.1.5

If I play only one track and DSTM is active it creates 5 new tracks in
the playlist and stops playback.
This doesn't happen if the playlist is 6 or more tracks.
Are you running the very latest LMS 7.9 code? Are you using some other
3rd party plugin which provides some kind of automatic track
