Contacted spotify support they gave me a test account which also stuttered reported back to them and most likely they changed something. I can only remotely play files the log look ok now I hope they fixed it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I didn't reboot anything but using my kitchens O2 Joggler (SqueezeplayOS) which couldn't play a single Spotify stream the last few days, suddenly is playing a Spotify radio channel flawlessly! Almost instant play. Will report back when more devices are checked.
