Deezer smart radio seems to work quite well. Seed it with an artist and
off it goes.
Been listening for an hour now, and its choices seem quite reasonable.

When you say 'same problem' do you mean you have the same hardware

if you read starting where I pointed out you'll learn the story of why
smartmix died. Spotify owns it and they changed their API effective the
last few days. So no longer works with

I recently started using musicip and spicefly sugarcube. Everything is
setup on my windows 7 server. So musicip headless is running and I use
the musicip mixer to fingerprint my music. One third is already
fingerprinted (12000 tracks). I have setup a mood in the mixer, which
can be played
If you want to keep using LMS but on a low power option look at a
raspberry pi as the server. Look at max2play
https://www.max2play.com/en/ also many NASs can run LMS

Still have to figure out how to use SC Spicefly.
Smartmix was a lot easier to use.
