I've installed and am running Airplay Bridge. It successfully finds my
Airplay devices on the configuration page, but they never show up as LMS
devices.
When I go to the LMS player interface, I only have my Squeezeboxes
listed, no Airplay devices.

Just tried Material for the first time, I'm very satisified with it.
One problem, though, that if I can't fix it would be a deal breaker:
I set up the Chromecast bridge like I've done before. After finishing
that setup screen, you click save and the page reloads, showing the
Chromecasts it has
with no reason sl-x lost connection with my LMS and can not reconnect!
it sees the server -I name it piCoreLMS- but i get the msg "LMS not
found - piCoreLMS on port 9000"
the server and piCore player (on another pi) is working just fine and
can connect to it to all my other devices

I still don't think this is going
I am missing LMS, which is enabled and a piCorePlayer (on the same machine 5.0
I think) and the Main, which is a group player (I added the Group Player plugin
after it did not make a difference after uninstalling it).

Im still a bit confused. Do you see *any* player made by shairtunes on
your iPhone? It does not seem to be the case as you have only selected «
LMS » and you dont see it. So for me the issue is with you avahi client
on the picore (avahi does not work or is filtered out) or (more likely)
