is not required - as the whole of Material shows aboce the lock screen.

Any particular artists that don't show up? Preferably reasonably well
known ones I might have in my collection. Local files or Spotify? I find
that artist and album info for Spotify tracks doesn't always show up.
I don't think it's related to just an artist. But rather it's whether

would cause it to do so?
It's not looking for it. But while drilling down a folder to find local
artwork files, biographies or whatever it encounters such a folder.

looking at the wrong place, plugins are in
programdata\squezzboxserver\cache ... (youll find it from there)

The Material skin is advancing rapidly with the version in development -
v1.4, will contain a black theme, and a color selection tool for
widgets. The new black theme with the new screensaver feature looks
great on a display that is to be left on permanently.
