Release 2.24.0 includes :
NEW FEATURE
- Skip back to preceding programmes on live radio by using the '<<' and
'>>' controls
When listening to live radio, pressing '<<' takes you back to the start
of the programme. Immediately pressing '<<' a second time rewinds to the
start of the preceding
How cool! Something of a game changer, for me, I think - many thanks
Stuart!
Will be interesting to test it with the longer R3 music programs, which
sometimes have a slightly odd view of the start and end of a given
broadcast

When you say "integrate local library", I see you mention favorites. I
add an album as a favorite and I should find it in my local library,
correct? Would it be under the correct artist, if the relevant tag is
the same?
Yes. "the same" sometimes is difficult to get, though...

Also, if at a later date I buy a CD for an album I have added as a
favorite (hence positioning it in the local library, if my assumption is
correct), would removing it from Spotify's favorites be enough to remove
it from local library (where it would be substituted by my personal
rip)?

It is definitely there now.
The LMScommunity updater runs 4 times a day I think.
However, LMS caches things - so if you happened to check a few minutes
before the updated ran then you would probably have to wait an extra 30
minutes.

Also
the Mother Earth AAC stream might result in a bit rate
unsupported message. But it does work on SqueezeAMP / Squeezelite.

I have two Pis running Picore light Picore player and LMS server.
They are connected by ethernet to a router and my Imac running 10.14
I want to be able to play Itunes with video on the Imac and audio on the

The Pi player is connected by USB to an Rma Dai2 Dac.

Good to hear. There is indeed a new version available in the beta
channel. This is based a merge request
Was helping someone get PiCorePlayer going last night and LMS would not
install (Failed) with 8.0 and 8.1 in Beta Mode I had him switch to
Player/Server mode and everything worked fine.
Just a PSA..:)

First of all, pardon my naive questions.
