@JayLaFunk This sounds like your server hangs and crashes when opening the playlist. Is there any issue with it, can you open it with the web interface? I don't think there's a limit, I have playlists with more than 1000 tracks, the only limitation is that you might not be able to play them as a

@Mnyb No, you don't have to disable group control or un sync the players to use the individual sliders in the player list. I just meant the synced volume LMS uses . You can disable just that , you say you worked around that to ? Your implementation makes that completely redundant anyway

Um, the second image shows the current playlist which is not the same thing as a stored playlist (even if that's what you are actually playing). Is there anything in server.log when you try to open the (stored) playlist? --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox
