You can see the possible locations to place plugins on the Information tab of LMS settings. I am not certain, but believe the primary plugin location is synced to the repositories. If it doesn't exist in one of repositories, it gets removed on restart. It's a very much user-level preference as you can argue for both behaviors: "I'm playing something else on a player that was part of a group, that means I want to stop the whole group" or "I took my iPad in another room and I want to listen to something else while the rest of the family is continuing ..." I se both valid, hence I put an option in airplay bridge. But at the same time, too many option are confusing (sigh) LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2. What sort of player ? Transcoding and internal buffer may affect this. Have you checked is the same true on the BBC browser based player ? It is easy to check - jump to one minute from end. Just from experience, I have found that BBC set "Listen Again" duration according the program broadcast duration (e.g.28mins in a 30 mins slot) but occasionally there is a promo at the start for about 1 min which means the last one 1 min of the broadcast is chopped usually credits. Even worse is 4Extra where sometimes the promo is 3 mins and 3 mins are chopped from end of program. bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104672 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] BBCiPlayer with DASH support - test version
There's a problem I have frequently. I have assumed it is a BBC issue, but have decided it is time to post in case it is a problem with the plugin. I am in the UK, and regularly use Listen Again. I find that when listening to Radio 4 the last few seconds of most programs get cut off. So I don't hear the credits, which is a minor issue, but also part of the last sentence (or two) is also missing, which is annoying. Not much point in naming a particular program, as it happens more often than not. I don't get this issue on Radio 2 Listen Again (where programs usually include part of the following news summary) and I don't think it occurs on Radio 3 either. danco's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=210 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104672 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
