Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
One last thing... I installed the Material app .apk on my AdroidTV based Nvidia Shield and Material works great in desktop mode with an added USB keyboard. Looks fantastic on the big screen! Would it be possible to add a simplified TV layout/interface to Material which could be controlled with a minimal remote, like those that typically come with AndroidTV devices? Just having the simple "now playing" view with the ability to play/skip/pause via remote on the TV would be huge! I would gladly assist with QA, if you decided to move forward with this. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] SuperDateTime Screensaver v5.11.0 - Date/Time/Weather/Sports/Stocks
Goal: Add current moon phase to my custom clock screensaver. How do I do that? When I look at Jivelite > Extras > SuperDateTime i see my current location (as defined in SDT Preferences > Weather.com Identifier). On that Jivelite screen I see current conditions, pressure, 24-hour precipitation, a weather map, and, lastly, the current moon phase (current = waxing crescent). I didn't see any SDT icon in the documentation http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Custom_Clock_applet for SDT moon phases. It does look like there's something but it requires the Daylight Clock plugin, which I do not have. Since it appears SDT is already returning the moon phase, is there a way I can add it to my screensaver? prabbit's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11142 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112122 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] LmsUpdate and LmsRepack - Synology 8.0.* packages
I would also like to understand, and all this talk makes no sense to me. I'm pretty sure Perl version has been updated on Synology systems before, why should next update be different? I must admit that I was pretty surprised to when I realized that the LMS shipped binaries would _not_ run on Synology. Today I'm running a mix of pinkdot's package and my git clone, replacing important parts in the package with symlinks to the git clone, but leaving CPAN in place... And what exactly are CPAN modules. Ain't they available for newer versions of Perl, and why? It's basically libraries providing some functionality to Perl programs. Most of these libraries are "Pure Perl" (PP), thus platform independent. But some are compiled binaries which need to be provided separately per OS, architecture, and Perl version. Therefore for Synology alone somebody would probably have to compile at least four versions of them. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Ciao and grazie for your help. At your suggestion, I tried both sets of buttons. Same problem. You are correct that it's favorites from my Qobuz list. Interesting that it only happens with older albums at the bottom of the grid. I'm going to try and re-order the favorites(this time by artist) and see if the bottom selections are still where the problem lies. It also isn't repeatable. It's not specific to certain albums. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
Ciao from Italy...not sure if this a Material problem. Often when I choose an album from favorites, a different album (close by on the grid will play). This doesn't happen at the top of the grid, rather closer to the bottom. I have encountered this problem also on iPeng. I don't see a possibility to re-sync with Qobuz...or even if this is a fix. I've tried deleting LMS and reinstalling. The problem remains. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Grazie mille. davidovada's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=52810 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

It's identical to what you have in your screenshot, except that all MP3 settings are 'Disabled' and I cannot change that setting. I've never seen these settings before so definitely did not change them.
