Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
For case insensitive File Systems, it's possible to overwrite a file mistakenly, as currently any combination of, for example, [Tt][Ee][Mm][Pp] results in saving to the same file. Thanks. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] LmsUpdate and LmsRepack - Synology 8.0.* packages
HI. Inspired by John Darko's YouTube video I am setting up a Raspberry Pi Streamer/DAC to play FLAC files from my Synology DS214SE using LMS. I am new to LMS and Squeezeboxes but the software looks great and seems really intuitive. I can see why John Darko raves about it!! Whilst I wait for the parts to arrive I have successfully installed the package on my NAS and it has scanned my music collection and artwork. Accessing LMS on my NAS from my PC (using the web GUI) everything looks correct. I have artwork and tagging. So here is my question... Am I correct in thinking that when I select a track I should be able to play it from my NAS on my PC? At present if I press any of the play buttons on any track, FLAC or MP3 nothing happens. The play button turns to pause but there is no progress displayed or any sound. Maybe I am missing something? Also, this may be related I am trying out Squeezer on a Android phone and this reports that no players are detected. Any help would be appreciated. Apologies if this is in the wrong thread - feel free to bump me. I have no problem with the majority of Erland's plugins on LMS 8. I use multi library to split into FLAC vs MP3 libraries. I what way have you set up LMS to play only selected songs? Isn't that what it always does unless you play the whole album deliberately? I see you are on LMS 8.0. This is great! Seems to work as designed running on LMS 8 on Windows Server. One request: is it possible to build an authentication system, so that I could have access to *my* My Sounds playlist through LMS? Even if it were to be only the chronological list without the show listened status/timestaps, it would mean I don't have to keep on searching the BBC listen again archive for the latest shows as they come in. Thanks for making the effort to do this! Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Thanks Michael and Ronnie for very quick answers. I restarted completely the Server itself and relanched LMS. Now all plugins appear again (I realise the list was trucated when I was missing the Qobuz plyin link), and I was able to re-install the plgin again. Thanks again for support. The issue is solved here. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
I think I see where the problem comes from. There is an error message at the top of the Plugin page stating: Répertoire incorrect https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml - Couldn't resolve IP address for: repos.squeezecommunity.org Try to restart LMS and check again. -- Michael ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
I used to have Qobuz plugin. I stopped using my system for a while. Now it looks like I can not find Qobuz pugin any more. It is not listed on my apps, and I don't see it listed on the Plugins page in the web setting page.
