Has anyone been able to get the SoundAware to work with the bridge? I

If you can find the files that appear as not analysed you could try
copying them to your Windows PC hard drive, analysing them there and
then move them back to the Pi drive over the network. Maybe just try a
few files at first to see if it makes any difference.

Thanks!

Well, the first time I tried it, the first song did not played. Maybe it
was a higher sample rate or a codec that doesn’t support Chromecast,
then I set it to transcode and it has worked flawlessly. 90% of my songs
are FLAC to begin with, and most of them are 96khz or lower.

Thanks for this plugin!

It seems something is corrupting my music files on the way from
fingerprinting to being copied to the USB drive attached to the Pi. As I
didn't find a one-fits-all solution I normally use 'Windows Media
Player' as a library tool and for ratings, 'MusicBrainz Picard' and
'Mp3tag' to adjust tags and finally 'Nightingale' (fork of 'Songbird')
to copy only tracks being rated 4+ to the USB drive which also leads to
another folder structure. I really need to shorten that pipeline. Which
program(s) do you use?

Anyway, I connected the USB drive to my PC and scanned the files with
MusicIP (Status: all files except one mixable, as mentioned before).
Then I forced MusicIP to archive the analysis within the files again.
The result with MusicMagicServer on the Pi now already looks better:

Total songs 11,857
Mixable songs 10,569
Songs to validate 1,514

Changing the plugin.qobuz logging to debugging indeed revealed a network
error!
[20-11-13 17:34:36.8728] Plugins::Qobuz::API::__ANON__ (734) Error:
Couldn't resolve IP address for: www.qobuz.com
[20-11-13 17:35:15.8754] Plugins::Qobuz::API::__ANON__ (76) Failed to

I fixed the misconfiguration I had and now the scanner was able to add
the qobuz files to the database but trying to play them showed this
error:
[20-11-13 18:24:09.0161] Slim::Player::Song::open (478) Warning: stream
failed to open [qobuz://101210825.flac].

I still can not search or browse qobuz using LMS.

My Dutch(?) isn't great, obviously :-). But doesn't that mean that LMS
can't access mysb.com? This has nothing to do with a player or another,
but it's LMS which can't talk to mysb.com. And if it can't do so, then
there's something wrong. This could eg. be a networking issue.

That most likely is only the symptom of a failed request to Qobuz. Which
again could be due to some networking issue.

Please enable logging for plugin.qobuz and try again. Then share the

Hi Michael, ignore these two lines about networking. They're about two
SB players which I'm not using at the moment.
Yes I restarted LMS (several times) and also performed an upgrade to the
latest nightly.

Issue is that I can not browse to *any* music using the Qobuz plugin on
LMS.

Which results in this error in the error.log:
[20-11-13 16:20:12.4260] Slim::Plugin::OnlineLibrary::Plugin::__ANON__
(174) Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Qobuz/API.pm
line 424.

Pasting the api url from the scanner.log in the browser shows this
message: {"status":"error","code":400,"message":"Invalid or missing
app_id parameter"}

Googling this message suggests that Qobuz has cancelled all api keys
:-(

api url from scanner log:
http://www.qobuz.com/api.json/0.2/user/login?_manufacturer_id=8034b05c-f032-4e24-9095-de1b9e91a0b8=18e67d3cbf9c0827280d5f075f6d6d15=tezet

Qobuz webplayer works fine. Playing Qobuz streams on my BlueSound player
also works. Needless to say: All are on the same network.

I wonder if attaching the drive to the Windows machine for scanning
would work differently. On my system I have a second drive which I
attach to my Windows laptop to perform the MusicIP scan then copy them
over the network to the drive on the Pi.
I would try connecting the drive to the Windows machine for scanning
then move it back to the Pi.

Are you sure about deleting /var/lib/cache? Besides it not existing
anyway on my synology system, why would deleting global caches from
unrelated programs help here? I would understand anything inside of an
LMS installation directory, or - if it existed - something like
/var/lib/cache/LMS or /var/cache/LMS or the like...

Sorry, I don't get it. My setup is as follows:

(1) PC with Windows 10 and MusicIP Mixer 1.96 beta 6
(2) Raspberry Pi 4 (1GB) with MagicMusicServer 1.8 + USB-Drive with
music files (accessible via Samba)

Results of the scan of the music files with (1) over the network:
11,857 songs
11,856 analyzed / mixable
1 unanalyzable

Results of the scan of the music files with (2):
Total songs11,857
Mixable songs 2,945
Songs to validate 11,725

Results of the default.m3lib of the MagicMusicServer installation on (2)
in MusicIP Mixer on (1):
132 files: analyzed
around 3000 files: identified (to be verified)
around 9000 files: to be analyzed

I hope this clarifies my current situation.

No, you got me wrong. These were only the results of my music analysis
via the Windows version (MusicIP Mixer 1.96 beta 6). The analysis on my
raspberry with version 1.8 still gets reduced results for mixable songs.
I'll install 1.8 for Windows and check these files again...

Yes but unlike Windows you can't really unplug and plug the USB when you
need it. LMS needs it to be there pretty much all the time.

2020-11-13 Thread tbessie

Hi all...

I had installed the YouTube plugin, and it worked for awhile, but then
stopped working awhile back.

I have followed the instructions several times to authorize it, but it
still hasn't worked.

I'm seeing the below in the logs - any idea what's going on here?
