I cannot get sync working. Casting works independently on the players on a Windows 10 laptop but the group of players that I created in the Chromecast app doesn't show up in Orange Squeeze among players. Is that group supposed to be seen there? And is it supposed to be seen in the LMS Chromecast

This worked out insanely well! The Google cast enabled Sony SRS-X88 that produced no sound from LMS (casting via Chromecast bridge) now not only produces sound but sounds really well. And. Its hardware remote also works with the Chromecast bridge. Crazy :) I couldn't be happier...

Any news on the development? :) I noticed that Pocket Casts, in their latest update supports Sonos; I then contacted Pocket Casts asking them to consider support for the Squeezebox eco system. The response was that they would discuss it...
