Apparently not. I just updated SLX earlier today, and there's no 'Local
Artwork' option there.

Just wondering if there's an option to show (large) artwork beyond the
currently playing track? I might have missed this, but checked the
'hamburger' menu (three vertical dots), and didn't see it, even under
