Further to my above post, initial test was done using SqueezePlay on my Mac. So tried the same album on my different players... Touch, Boom and Radio - all showed 1411kbps CBR, Ogg Vorbis (Spotify) (Converted to PCM) and the Spotty file type settings reverted to: 37546 Kev

Thanks Michael and Slarti. And this is my point, really. I must have fiddled with the settings at some point. So to put them back to what they should be, a list of defaults will ensure no problems. Or am I misinterpreting your comments? I'm not sure I understand. But basically all those rules
