Hello, I am glad that the download option seems to be working. However I wondered if you can make sure that no duplicate files are downloaded? On my phone the app just creates a file with ...(1).mp3 at the end. I don't think so. My speed test shows 365Mbps. The loading delay in the Artist lost isn't long but it means you can't tell where you are in the list. It can be a lot longer in the Album list presumably because it is a much bigger list. Could it be that the reason behind the 'loading...' issue is a slow internet connection? My Android is up to date as well. Squeezer is the only interface I use that has the "loading" issue. Are you saying that if your son pulls the fast scroll bar from top to bottom he doesn't ever see the issue? I find if you stay in the Artist list then after scrolling through the list once the loading issue disappears. If you then open the Album list the loading issue is back. Going back to the Artist list again and the issue reappears there as well. Squeezer is still available in its resent version 2.2.4 in Googles Play Store - isn't it? The Squeezer guys have also a Beta-Program there and they answer to issues quick at: https://github.com/kaaholst/android-squeezer/issues The 'Loading...' issue appears only on my old Android 8 (bit annoying, but the Squeezer guys said to fix it - https://github.com/kaaholst/android-squeezer/issues/685) and only while start-up. Since Squeezer is using the ComeID protocol it's easy to use and gives the same user interaction feeling as Jive/Jivelite menus on SB devices. Especially my son loves that and uses Squeezer a lot - on a up-to-date Android without Loading-issues. Your screenshots show that, on a phone, the design is totally fine. Last night I checked with a tablet where the exact same design does appear slightly inefficient. I do see the download option when I click on the three-dot menu near the middle of the Now Playing display (mostly surrounded by a crudely-drawn red shape in the image below): 34534 It downloads to the Music folder on the Android device. Hello, today I discovered that Squeezer is available on F-Droid. While designwise this app does not appear to be in active development any more it still has a working download function. This puts it above LMS which is visually far more appealing.
