Ok,
Dear community,
I have a problem with transcoding. I use:
- LMS 7.9.1
- Raspberry Pi 3
- Picoreplayer 3.20
- Spotty 1.99.3
-
I want to transcode the PCM stream that comes from Spotty to FLAC (i.e.
I want to reduce the load on wireless network). In prior versions it
worked perfectly

Yes I did actually: same results.

Happy New Year 2018 and happy to announce a PHP-script I've been working
on during Christmas, GRUVI (.generate.random.URLs_for.viewing.images.)!
The script randomly picks a predetermined number of pictures from a
chosen web-server location, resizes them to fit the SB Touch and Radio
displays,

It seems Debian has some 'non-standard python specifics'
(https://wiki.debian.org/Python), so maybe the modules

Not sure that it will help but an update of PiCoreplayer from 3.20 to
3.22 can't hurt.

Thanks again for your reply. So we have to wait for Micheal. That's fine

Cool addon for LMS!
Allthough I do

Yes, it is on the github site
See edit above. What could this be? There is talk earlier in the thread
about Qobuz maybe killing the stream after x minutes, any confirmation
of that?
And for those who do not experience this problem, please share your
setup.
Many thanks,

DO NOT SYNCHRONIZE A VIRTUAL PLAYER WITH ANOTHER PLAYER
What happens if I wanted to sync another player to a group I created
that is already playing music in regards to the above statement from
your first post?

Currently, it's disabled. The other player will not
I had probably set mine to FLAC before the setting became disabled. I
think Michael is aware of this but no solution so far.
I think I figured out why those settings were disabled on some systems
yesterday. While cooking some lasagne. Sometimes the good ideas come far
away from the keyboard

Hmm... ok, I must admit that this check does indeed not work as
expected: this morning all
This has happened before a few months ago. Let us hope that Michael sees
this and alerts Radio Paradise to the issue.
Thanks. Bill usually fixed this within a few hours. Please let me know
if the problem persists. I'll have to investigate Pandora/Slacker issues
before I can get back to

I suggest you go to Settings/Information, check paths

None at all - the tracks have to be analyzed, which requires access to
the audio data.
However, I
The Play Now info is not corresponding with the music played on my
Touch. I use the latest version of the LMS on a Mac Mini. I think it is
important that the info is corresponding, so I´ll go back to RP 320AAC
for now..

Mute is working all the time, but unmute is problematic again. Output
seems ok to me:

[Martine%20Girault%20-%20The%20Revival%20(Radio%20Mix) ] (old:
