Some of the Glastonbury sets appear as programs under "Glastonbury" in
Listen Again for Radio 1 and 6Music.

Huh !
Just to clarify. The non UK streams (DASH & HLS) plays OK for me on my
LMS.
http HLS stream URLs will need the PlayHLS plugin installed.
iplayer:// stream URLs needs to be saved as a favorite
I get no answer back and plugin is not working for me. It creates the
bookmarks but it always starts the Album from track 1. So not useable
for Audiobooks. Really sad. So I will delete it.
Or have anybody a solution?

I have BBC iplayer v 1.6.7 and PLay HLS 1.1 on my LMS v7.9.1 and I enter
this into Tune in URL

Went back to Settings, reviewed it and realised that I had not set the
Live Preference in BBC Iplayer, I had Set On Demand

Just checked the normal BBC metadata sources
"polling.co.uk/modules/onairpanel" and radioplayer and there seems to be
no feed for "bbc_radio_glastonbury".
The new temporary station bbc_radio_glastonbury seems to be HLS only
and no BBC standard metadata and the web page requires Flash plugin
For Non UK - the HLS URL with mavit's icon URL and a "Glastonbury 2019"
title (rather than "null")
iplayer://live?hls=http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/nonuk/sbr_low/ak/bbc_radio_glastonbury.m3u8=Glastonbury
Can the full LMS git version number be added somewhere on the
"Information" page?

OK - after checking as many variants as I can, I believe DASH is "UK
only" possibly because it has higher throughput (dash_low gives 404
dash_full gives 403)

For some reasons I'm having trouble with the Trackstat plugin. Viewing
an album by clicking the album from a song entry on the right side opens
the album on the left without any ratings. And it gets worse ... if the
material skin is opened in any browser it deletes my ratings for the
currently

Hi cpd73,
Now might not be the best time to ask about this, as I suspect you are
busy working on more important issues, but there is a basic feature I
feel is missing, or I simply cannot find it. When I create a playlist,
for example including a bunch of tracks from Spotify, I can see how many

Is there a way to get at the More info context menu from the Playing
screen ? I see it in the Queue, under the three little dots, but not
in the Playing screen.
In Squeezeplay, this is

Iplayer Extra not playing?
Ive just updated my picoreplayer server (to version 5.0) and installed
BBC iPlay (v. 1.6.7) and iPlayer Extra (v3.1.0). im running LMS 7.9.2
on a Rasberry Pi 2B (with a HifiBerry digi+).
Iplayer is working perfectly for both live streams and catch-up
listening, but

Not on an iPad. On my newer iPad (Safari) I am only given the option to
copy the image. On an older iPad it only offers the option to copy parts
of the screen.
I just tried on an iMac to see what happens there. A

I hadn't realised that the BBC iPlayer Plugin was coded like that but
yes if you change & to you get DASH at 339kbps otherwise you get
320kbps HLS

Have you got that backward ?
DASH & HLS - 101
Bandwidth is declared in the initialisation

Tech answer.
"" is HTML encoding for "&". OPML menu needs HTML encoded URLs.
When OPML handles passes URL to plugin it will have
So is the 339kbps a "false positive"?

Not quite. It is what the BBC says. A "false positive" would imply a
calculation was performed based on the stream data.
As a test, the non-UK stream says
Code:
I think I probably caused that confusion based on a (mis)interpretation
of an earlier spotty thread! Sorry. Anyway, in case anyone else stumbles
on this: getting your own Spotify Client ID and increasing the LMS
playlist length (settings->advanced->performance->maximum playlist
length), if

I am pretty sure too. My recollection was that DASH always had
unbelievably nice even round numbers (e.g. 48000, 96000, 128000,
