Feel a bit stupid here, but the reason the .dff's are not playing is
that they are compressed. It's quite a while since I put them there and
I had forgotten the workflow that produced them. Anyway, as I can't find
an easy way to uncompress them on Linux, or to play them as they are,
@cpd73 Hi Craig. Firstly, I really appreciate all of your hard work on
this mod; the Material skin is fantastic and has made the LMS system
even more of a joy to use.. I love it!
However, as part of a recent update, the "More" menu has been dropped
from the Home screen, which has meant I can no

I noticed that the Qobuz LMS plugin seems to be plaqued by the Favorites
500 Album limit problem.
How to resolve it is described here by David Craff of Qobuz

First post in this thread, long time iPeng User though. Yesterday I
updated my LMS server to a Raspberry Pi 4 based on max2play beta for the
Pi 4. Everything works fine (and is fast!), except the loading of artist
pictures in iPeng, which is extremely slow. iPeng loads maybe 30 artist
pictures in
If you run max2play I assume you are not using an LMS Version solder
than 7.8, right?
Does that happen the second time you load the images, too?
iPeng requests scaled artwork thumbnails also for artist images and
usually they are cached both server- and client side, but the first time
they need to

I just can't get this plugin to return any video results - either my
subscriptions or searches.
I can see in my Google Dev console that that the APIs are getting 'hit'
but that they are returning 100% error rates. I've deleted projects and
re-created APIs and OAuth tokens twice now.
Any idea wh

Ah! Fair enough. :)

Hi Alexander
I am definitely not an expert but will mention that it took me awhile
to figure out that my Spotify worked better with lower audio settings.
Initially I used 320 kbps and had similar symptoms to what you
describe then I lowered it to 160 & all good.

I played a track on 1 of my Zipps. Initial volume was OK, LMS showed the
correct volume, and playback was fine. I stopped that track. A few
minutes later, looked at LMS - and it was showing the volume as 100% ??
Does the following logging help:

Thank you, Tex, I will try!

You shouldn't need to fiddle with the Synology's internals. Just make
sure you updated it to the latest DSM. Then install pinkdot's 7.9.2
package for Synology (see

@cpd73 @slartibartfast That's done the trick, thanks to you both! Keep

For the moment, I'm considering using WaveInput to make this available
to my points of playback.
No integration of control, but that may never happen unless the offer a
publicly available API.
