Hi, Japan has very few pool servers, but in Japan we have the public NICT time server at ntp.nict.jp available in both ipv4 and ipv6, which allows querying the Japan Standard Time (atomic clock used by JIS) making it a public stratum 1 server, mostly useful for people based in Japan. Some more
