Hello ports@,
This port provides a library for dealing NASA/NAIF spice kernels. It can
later be link with astro/celestia or x11/xplanet. Here's my first attempt
for this port.
(note: at first, VERSION was "N0063" instead of "0063" but pkg_add cannot
resolve the package name (I'm using stable)).

Unless you explicitly ask pkg_add -u -F downgrades, pkg_add will now
refuse to downgrade existing packages (it just won't see older versions).
