Now that SDL2 is in I'm going to start mailing out all the add-on libs.
First is sdl2-image. This port is based heavily on the sdl-image port,
mostly with sdl replaced with sdl2.
Builds/installs ok on amd64/loongson/macppc. Run tested ok on amd64 with
the SDL2 manaplus client.
