This updates py-emoji from 0.5.4 to 1.2.0 and drops the python 2 flavor
(A similar diff had been sent by pamela@ for an update to 0.6.0)
The only consumer, tootstream, is python3 only, so there is no reason
to keep the python 2 flavor.
tootstream tests just fine with the new version.

Quick analysis: Those fail because they include their own semaphore.h

Usually I'm happy to wait for the next release but there are two
distinct crash fixes in HEAD and upstream does not plan a release soon

Our port is at 1.0.10 and has not seen an update since import in 2011,
upstream is now at 3.2.0 (2020) and this port still fails to build with
`-fno-common'.
Noone has stepped up to fix or update it and there are least two
alternatives in ports: kdenlive and shotcut.
Objections? OK?

This fails due to -Wvoid-pointer-to-enum-cast because RadiusType is an
enum which has smaller width than the void *sock_ctx. Upstream doesn't
seem to have fixed this and FreeBSD's suppressing the warning seems more
complicated than adding an intermediate cast to intptr_t.
