This needs "CONFIGURE_STYLE = modbuild tiny" and a TEST_DEPENDS on
devel/p5-MooseX-StrictConstructor
Although I notice that tests fail because p5-MooseX-ConfigFromFile is
missing a RUN_DEPENDS, so look for a change to that incoming.
