Yesterday I realized that inkscape needs the py3-Pillow package to
export to some image formats (JPEG, TIFF, WebP.) Wouldn't it be
convenient to include it in the inkscape installation as a dependency?

Hi,
the diff below updates poppler to 21.12.0 and also includes a fix
for inkscape.
I've already tested this on my machine.
Note that poppler-qt6 wants qt6.1 but still at least builds with
qt6.0. Afaics, no port currently depends on poppler-qt6, so there
should be no breakage even if poppler

py-libxml is a BDEP. There are no run-time dependencies on either

Hi,
Zhuk@ noticed that inkscape extensions only work if you have interpreter
symlinks installed. The following diff fixes this. OK?

Update to inkscape-0.48.1.
Contains a fix for the poppler-0.16 API change (poppler-0.16 isn't
committed yet, but inkscape should build and work with either version
of poppler).
This also seems to fix the ruler problem mentioned on ports@ (but
not the memory display nor the poor performance

Unbreak after the latest poppler update.
While here, update license marker.
Tested on amd64 by importing some pdf files.
