libtool out of sync?

Hi, I was removing my package installed vim-gtk2 to replace it with FLAVOR=huge gtk2 ruby, when the make install clean gave me an error regarding libtool dependency. I got a similar one when I was updating my packages after I installed the latest snapshot (pkg_add -u), pkg_add couldn't find
