Not trivial update to sdlmame 0143pl9. Tested on amd64.
-tools is not longer a run dependency because it's not needed and will conflict
with the upcoming sdlmess update.
This will break sdlmess for a short period of time or we can simply remove the
sdlmess' dependency on the sdlmame-tools.

I am trying to build from stable or release ports for 5.0.1 and I tried to
set ulimit -d 9, ulimit -d 512999, for Firefox and I get the same error.
This is on a Pentium III 650MHz 384MB, Firefox was not a problem to build on
AMD64 5.0-stable
