to update to 0.101. It build well and pass all tests on amd64-6.8 system.
One port depnds on it devel/p5-Search-Elasticsearch, it build well

Here is a patch for devel/p5-IO-Pager to update to 2.00 and remove the line
of TEST_IS_INTERACTIVE=yes.
It build well on amd64-6.8 system, only 1 test failed but not caused by this
patch.
No other ports depends on devel/p5-IO-Pager.

I agree it's not a big issue. I suppose it just feels incomplete to me when
I look at the results in /usr/ports/, as if those two directories were
overlooked, but that's more of a cosmetic concern vs. an actual functional
issue.

Update telegraf to 1.13.4, this is the last version that packs with
dep/Gopkg.toml. Tommy Scheunemann pointed out to me, that we can remove
some plugins.
Due to lack of time, I have not tested this version yet. If someone
wants to test this I would be grateful.
