On the committed version gnumake still run_depends on gtar,
is it needed ?

This fix make sysutils/contool and editors/textedit work again
(contool cores dump at startup, textedit when you write a few words).

A little fix for p5-Tk, rgb.txt is in /usr/X11R6/share/X11 and now is not found
by ColorEditor.pm.
