a question that I seem to have (but cannot find the answer to) is how
much RAM can I install into this thing? I know there are two
different types, and what is the largest size I can get this mac to
use? I want to put 10 on it with 512 mb ram but that is probably not
going to happen!

There are two different versions of this. If you have a PPC upgrade
board, you absolutely need the revision C version. I have one which I
had to outbid everyone on earth for a few years back, because they are
made of unobtanium.
