PB1400 won't shutdown

problem with 1400 screen

PB1400 boot problem with idisk

Hi, Before they changed the idisk, so you couldn't use it with OS 9, I had set it up to always connect on start up, which in hindsight was the wrong thing to do. Well now every-time I boot up my 1400 it searches for idisk, I have to quit the finder in order to complete the bootup. Does

5300 pb display split on bottom

It's better to just buy the software, too many problems otherwise. Hard to upgrade and if files become corrupted then all is lost. Besides there are alternatves,ie instead of photoshop use macgimp. Does one really need all the stuff in Microsoft office when Appleworks is just as good? Arne --
