This problem is fixed with release 5.1. The download I got from the PM 5.1 main download link (faster), namely, http://homepage.sunrise.ch/mysunrise/ctm/pm5.dmg gives me a PowerMail _5.0.2_ folder and a PowerMail _5.0.2_ app inside. Labeled that way anyhow. Didn't run it to find out. Tried

I've just installed PowerMail 5.1 and tried the commands that leaded to crash when performed on 5.1b3 These consisted in massive selecting messages and: a. move selected items to trash via keyboard shortcut b. perform all filters via keyboard shortcut I report no crash on 5.1: it looks stable

Also, to state what might be obvious, reducing the number of days (remember recipients for xx days) will limit the size of this cache and therefore contribute to the speed of the auto-complete. Yeah, I reduced mine to 10 days from 30 so this won't happen to me next month :-) I'm still
