Christian, Your suggestion works beautifully! Thanks for the help. -- Craig I have defined my filter with the appropriate criteria. I have unchecked the Filter Incoming messages the Filter Outgoing Messages boxes. When I do that, my filter name does not show up in the Mail-Perform Filter

Resonse to clicks while receiving

Filter question

Files ending with .b64

creation date. The 2nd file name doesn't appear as an attachment on an email (even those refiled/deleted by filters). The 1st one I can open correctly with Excel but the 2nd one appears to be the b64 encoding. So my question is why are these 2 files being created for one attachment? Thanks -- Craig
