Hello,
I am getting an error when logging in to a particular account - AFAIK no
settings have been altered. Using PowerMail 5.5.3, the error "inserting
into vlog table" occurs.
I have trashed preferences, erased and re-entered the account details,
all to no avail. I have sent this query to PowerM

Rein,
If you want to start from scratch again just create a new user
environment. I have a stand-by user environment to which I switch for
troubleshooting purposes (also archiving).
File>Database>New user environment.
You can always import any mail data and settings you may want from the
old environment.

scale setting was set at 2885% !!
On setting it back to 100%, all is now OK.

Hello the list,
Am using PowerMail 4.2a5 with OS X.2.6.
For some reason, if I try to save an e-mail as a PDF file (OS X print
dialogue), the file appears to be empty when opened.
Yours baffled,

M, when you import
into FileMaker, you need to make sure that you have selected tab
delimited files in the FileMaker dialog box. If you don't all the fields
get messed up. I found this out the long way.
