STP sometimes uses PAPR's for facial contamination prevention when TEDE/ALARA
is not required. Apparently power-visors (or similar) were used in the past,
but decontamination of various parts and getting them back in service was an
issue.

Can anyone give me a good definition for Anticipated vs Unanticipated Dose Rate
