South Texas Project retains all unconditional release surveys in our electronic
survey program. Our release surveys are documented via "text only" surveys -
or a verbal description of what the item is, who approved its release, what the
background levels were, and what the conditions on the
South Texas Project is the same as Browns Ferry. We have respirators and KI
available in the offsite kits if needed.

are not going to be climbing ladders/scaffolds, working in the overhead, or
when working in situations where contaminated surfaces could come in contact
with the worker's face (such as carrying scaffold poles in the
South Texas Project’s responses:
1. Daily
2. Technically, it is part of the user checks, but our instrument
tracking software (which we use to log instruments in and out) actually
verifies that the response check has been performed. It will not allow an
individual to check out
South Texas Project does not use pre-alarms for the same reason as Ontario
Power.
