I found ZenCart to be more robust in features than OS Commerce:

Both products looked decent, but I found I was wasting a lot of time
trying to make it work more
the way pay pal Is set up you can gerate a different button for each item so if
your client will not order more then one item at a time then you can do it all
in html

didn’t use it..
Out of the box, you can get an unlimited amount of items for about 30 bucks
per month and it supports pay pal.
