Sorry, there was a typo in my previous message, the update gtk
binary was built by Norman Drinkwater during November this year.
Your gtk binary should be outdated. Further there are some modifications
added by Norman so that you may wish to contact him in case you build
your own binary.

Thank you for your quick reply. In the gtk directory there is a file named
version.txt:
This Windows x86 distribution includes gtk2 version 2.24.12
and gtk3 version 3.4.4. It was obtained via the OpenSuse Build
Service.

getgtkbin 1
if that failed, try backup and delete the install folder, and then
install afesh. Alternatively try Ric's installer in Jsoftware's
download page.
