Hi Bill,
I did not see anything on the wiki about an addon policy for managing binary
downloads. I see there are other .exe, .dll, .jpg, .png, .doc, .pdf (etc) files
in addons. So I assume your concern is with the number of binaries, not the
inclusion of binaries in addons in general.

But how? So far as I can see, Package Manager can install only what’s available
directly from J Software.
