Hi Matthew,

Any chance a 0.10.4 version will be released with just the security fixes ?

Hopefully libidn will still be optionally supported.

Hmmm, still not seeing it here: https://prosody.im/downloads/source/

 I notice there's no o+x there, which may well cause a permission error,
 which unfortunately gets hidden because modulemanager (actually
 util.pluginloader) tries various combinations of paths and only reports
 the very last error.

Yes, the modules sub-dirs without o+x seems to be the problem for the 0.9.5
build.

Prosody is running as:
--
prosody_user = prosody
prosody_group = prosody
--

 I'm on Linux (AstLinux)
 If I revert to 0.9.4 it works as expected.

 Did you install from source or some prebuilt package? Did you install
 both versions the same way?

Built from source for both cases. (x86 cross-compile via Buildroot)

I'm doing a clean rebuild now to try to see where the module directory's are
loosing their o+x . Other prosody directories seem to be OK.

Thanks for the clues...

Lonnie
