I don't know for sure how the license manager works, but I think it
probably
uses a UDP broadcast over the LAN to discover other copies of the
program.
If this is the case, it might be possible to block some UDP ports on your
PC
with firewall software. Norton Personal Firewall
Blocking incoming and outgoing UDP messages on port 138 dose not work.
Unless I've stuffed up the security policy filter.

In the office we have one full P99SE license and another three schematic
licenses.
1. How do I lock the full license to my PC only. i.e.. not have it floating?
2. Is it possible to have the full license lock to my PC only when I start
up P99SE and floating when I'm not running P99SE?
