Click on View/Connections and then select the options required.

I'm running Protel 99SE SP6 on Windows XP. On a new PCB I working on none
of the net connections show (you know, the stringy little threads between
unconnected nets!). I've gone into Document Options - Layers and turned
everything on, including the Connections. I've also made sure
