Not really important, yes, the original inquiry was about those files, Sorry, you hijacked the thread and confused the issue such that the original respondent may no longer have had any idea of what was what. And a number of us do think answering the original enquiry without causing confusion is important - I know this is something that you are very strong at. So when you are the cause of some confusion I am a little surprised at the justifications rather than the sorry-word. but the subject line mentions the archive. We have one thing which we call an archive and it is the message archive on yahoogroups. We usually refer to the place where the files are stored as the filespace or the files area for protel-users. Semantics. So I was making clear where the archive was located, for the record. Others answered the intended question. You didn't say this. Rather your reply appeared more as a correction. A more relaxed tone with less feel of authority may have stopped feathers being ruffled. [PEDA] flies in the archive
I have been trying to get some of the files that where loaded up to the list, like the QFP generator, and the spiral generator. I can not seem to find them, I do however find a message from Mr. Lomax about subscribing to protel-users-PEDA-archive. I have downloaded the two files mentioned above, but now I can not seem to find them. Have they been moved, am I looking in the wrong spot? Could someone point me in the right direction? thank you. That is an older archive. There is a current archive kept on [EMAIL PROTECTED] This is a normal yahoogroups archive; that list is simply an echo of the Techserv list. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * To post a message: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * To leave this list visit: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/leave.html * * Contact the list manager: * mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * * Forum Guidelines Rules: * http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/forumrules.html * * Browse or Search previous postings: * http://www.mail-archive.com/proteledaforum@techservinc.com * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Re: [PEDA] flies in the archive
Abd ul-Rahman, could you please explain your comments below. Where is this file area? I can access all the add-on servers, etc., through the Yahoo protel-users group File area. Through the Yahoo protel-users-PEDA-Archive File area I can only find one file, labeled membership denial created by you. So what gives? I just went through every Yahoo Protel group, nothing in any file area except in the protel-users group. So what can I say, I stand by my original post. Sincerely, Brad Velander.
