Why don't you just make it from scratch? It's only 8 pins...
(I could understand if you were asking for some large part 100+ pins or
whatever, but an 8 pin SOIC??) It probably took you more time to write the
email, and read your first response.

I have a footprint for a 10 pin micro-soic using 99se, sp6. I built it for
an AD5322 (analog devices). I've used it and its OK. You could easily
