 I can confirm what Dennis knows.
 Protel exports the SDT version of a schematic, but not the SDT
 library/symbols required by Capture v7.2 and above to 
 translate the SDT
 version.  The issue of correctly modifying the SDT.cfg 
 file, required to
 up-rev an SDT design to v7.2 and above, is moot without the SDT
 library/symbols.

You can generate the Orcad .olb library. 

But its not straight forward. 

You can generate a .olb lib from P98, so you need to save your P99 project back into 
P98 then save as SDT SCH  OLB, amend the .cfg file then import into Orcad.

I was always pretty disappointed that the support was removed in P99SE, but you can 
see how its better for Protel if Import is OK, but export is more difficult ... as 
Capture is a nice environment (but myself  Layout will never be friends).
